The quote tool

The pricing form needs your gender, birth year, wellness self-rating, tobacco history, desired coverage level, and duration preference. That data transfers to the carriers' quoting system to calculate costs and isn't retained on this site. You don't need to share names, addresses, or emails for rate checks. Repeated identical entries might be served from a brief cache rather than resubmitting to the quoting service.

Applying

When submitting an application, we use your details to prepopulate the carriers' secure application interface, regulated by their privacy rules. Susman Insurance Agency (License 0B75129), licensed in California, processes the application.

The contact form

The message form gathers your full name, mail address, optional phone, preferred contact method, inquiry category, and message text. Email delivers it to the company; your address becomes the reply sender. We keep no archive, submission record, or message log. A quick-expire spam prevention check runs within your browser before transmission.

Measurement

This website monitors page activity using first-party, non-tracking analytics originating from this domain. No cookies or identifying persistent data are made; your IP is partially masked before recording; search information from previous pages is removed; older raw records get deleted every ninety days. Users who enable Do Not Track or submit Global Privacy Control aren't counted.

What we do not do

We never sell personal details, employ advertising monitors, or incorporate external analytics. The sole third-party tool here is the carriers' application environment on the apply page, and it activates only when you navigate there.
